The purpose of this paper is to present a surgical method for microtia(small auricle, small external audiotory meatus and small tympanic membrane). 7 cases received fenestration of semicircular canal. During the operation it was found that the patients had congenital absence of oval windows and stapes, significant low position of horizontal facial canal covering the oval windows. It was impossible to perform labyrinthotomy in these patients. The only choice of operation is fenestration of semicircular canal. 7 ears underwent the operation as described. 6 weeks-21 months follow-up showed that all of the 7 ears achieved good hearing results. Range of hearing gain was 35-40 dB and bone-air gap was 25-30 dB.
本文的目的是介绍一种治疗小耳畸形（耳廓小、外耳道小和鼓膜小）的手术方法。7例患者接受了半规管开窗术。术中发现患者先天性卵圆窗和镫骨缺失，水平面神经管显著低位覆盖卵圆窗。这些患者无法进行迷路切开术。唯一的手术选择是半规管开窗术。7只耳朵接受了上述手术。6周-21个月的随访显示，7只耳朵均取得了良好的听力效果。听力增益范围为35-40dB，骨气导差为25-30dB。
