Abstract
Paresthesias of the lower dental nerve can occur after many procedures: surgery of impacted teeth, apicectomy, endodontic treatment, etc. This article is based on a clinical case and deals with a paresthesia resulting from an endodontic treatment, its means of prevention and its cure.
