Five cases of large communicated intra- and extramural cranial tumors in more than 3 anatomic cavities were subjected to total tumor removal under general anesthesia. All patients recovered uneventfully after operation without complications and sequelae. The operational procedures and curative effects are discussed.
5例累及3个以上解剖腔隙的大型颅内外沟通性肿瘤在全身麻醉下接受了肿瘤全切术。所有患者术后恢复顺利，无并发症及后遗症。本文讨论了手术操作方法及疗效。
