This paper contributes one case of "cystic" renal carcinoma which has been studied through ultrasound, computerized axial tomography, and thin needle aspirative puncture. Aspects related to pathogenesis, signs and symptoms, and therapeutical approach of the so-called "cystic" carcinoma are reported.
