In the Cancer Institute Hospital, two kinds of breast conservation have been adopted. Q + Ax is applied for cancers at the upper--outer quadrant and LUART is applied for those at other quadrants. The method, clinical matters, pathological findings and results are discussed together with the LUART of the national BCT group study funded by the Japanese Ministry of Welfare.
在癌症研究所医院，采用了两种保乳方法。对于外上象限的癌症采用Q + Ax法，对于其他象限的癌症采用LUART法。结合日本厚生省资助的全国保乳治疗（BCT）组研究中的LUART法，对该方法、临床情况、病理结果及成效进行了探讨。
