Six cases of functional tricuspid regurgitation associated with rheumatic valvular disease were treated with selective tricuspid annuloplasty simultaneously with MVR or DVR from Sept. 1990 to Feb. 1993. Five cases were followed up for 8-32 months, the primary results were satisfactory and quite encouraging. Authors sum up the merits of this newly developed method are: (1) the technique is relatively simple; (2) it may correct the dilated anulus effectively; (3) not diminish the valve area; (4) no foreign body remains in the atrium. The technique and key point of the method were described in detail.
1990年9月至1993年2月，对6例风湿性瓣膜病合并功能性三尖瓣反流患者，在进行二尖瓣置换术（MVR）或双瓣置换术（DVR）的同时，行选择性三尖瓣环成形术。对其中5例进行了8至32个月的随访，初步结果令人满意且相当鼓舞人心。作者总结该新方法的优点为：（1）技术相对简单；（2）可有效纠正扩大的瓣环；（3）不减小瓣膜面积；（4）心房内无异物残留。文中详细描述了该方法的技术及要点。
