[Treatment of oleogranuloma].

The results of treatment of 38 patients with oleogranuloma are presented. In 5 cases, granuloma excision with plasty of a skin defect of the penile trunk according to A.A. Limberg was performed, in 12--circumcision with the excision of a portion of the prepuce, in 2--replacement of a defect by a free split-thickness thigh skin flap, in 19--operative two-stage treatment using the Reich technique. The results of treatment are satisfactory.
