The results of treatment of 38 patients with oleogranuloma are presented. In 5 cases, granuloma excision with plasty of a skin defect of the penile trunk according to A.A. Limberg was performed, in 12--circumcision with the excision of a portion of the prepuce, in 2--replacement of a defect by a free split-thickness thigh skin flap, in 19--operative two-stage treatment using the Reich technique. The results of treatment are satisfactory.
本文介绍了38例油肉芽肿患者的治疗结果。其中5例采用A.A. 林伯格法进行肉芽肿切除并修复阴茎干皮肤缺损；12例行包皮环切术并切除部分包皮；2例采用游离中厚大腿皮瓣修复缺损；19例采用赖希技术进行手术分期治疗。治疗效果令人满意。
