In development of new methods for gastric resection under conditions of the experiment, the evidence in favour of its effectiveness is necessary. The author has suggested an original technique: formation of valvular duodenostomy during gastric resection with subsequent study of a site of gastroenteroanastomosis through a fistula. The method was approbated on 20 dogs with subsequent roentgenologic and endoscopic study of gastroenteroanastomosis.
