Abstract
Metastatic disease to the skeletal muscle is rare. Previously it was considered that secondary tumors of striated muscle represented invasion from contiguous structures. We present an unusual case in which an asymptomatic gluteus muscle metastasis from primary ovarian carcinoma was detected by computed tomography.
