The paper presents the observations on a case of double lenticonus, anterior and posterior on the only eye. The lenticonus is an uncommon disease of the lens. Although congenital the disease is a late discovery. Owing to the gradual disorders of eyesight. How long the eyesight is useful it isn't a surgical treatment.
