We report multifocal choroiditis associated with progressive subretinal fibrosis in 2 healthy, young, myopic women. One of the patients showed bilateral choroiditis but unilateral subretinal fibrosis. The other had myopic anisometropia, and choroidal lesions developed only in the more myopic eye. Systemic evaluation was noncontributory. We suggest that local factors, and unknown hormonal irregularities in young women, may play a role in the development of this rare disorder.
我们报告了2例健康、年轻的近视女性患者发生的多灶性脉络膜炎伴进行性视网膜下纤维化。其中1例患者表现为双侧脉络膜炎，但仅单侧出现视网膜下纤维化。另1例有近视性屈光参差，脉络膜病变仅发生于近视程度较重的眼。全身评估无异常发现。我们认为，局部因素以及年轻女性未知的激素紊乱可能在这种罕见疾病的发生中起作用。
