Abstract
A series of 2,4-dimethyl-3,5-diarylimino-1,2,4-thiadiazolidines (1a-1) and 1-[2-(substituted benzothiazolyl]-1,3-dimethyl-4-aryl guanidines (2a-1) were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. Substitution of p-methoxy group (1c and 2c) in the aryl ring resulted in most active compounds in the series in both the activities and were also statistically equipotent than the standard drugs.

对一系列2,4 - 二甲基 - 3,5 - 二芳基亚氨基 - 1,2,4 - 噻二唑烷（1a - 1）和1 - [2 - （取代苯并噻唑基）]-1,3 - 二甲基 - 4 - 芳基胍（2a - 1）进行了抗炎和镇痛活性评估。芳环上对甲氧基的取代（1c和2c）使该系列化合物在这两种活性方面均成为最具活性的化合物，并且在统计学上与标准药物等效。
