We present a case of duodenal gallstone ileus (Bouveret's syndrome) that evolved with its classical symptomatology and was successfully managed by endoscopic extraction of the stone, an extremely unusual circumstance. Although difficult and laborious, endoscopic therapy in the Bouveret's syndrome, by using the Dormia basket, may prove useful.
我们报告一例十二指肠胆石性肠梗阻（布韦雷氏综合征）病例，该病例呈现出典型症状，并通过内镜取石成功治愈，这是一种极为罕见的情况。尽管困难且费力，但在布韦雷氏综合征中使用多尔米亚篮进行内镜治疗可能是有效的。
