Abstract
Sometimes angina pectoris with normal coronarography can be explained by several enzymatic disturbances. These are as follow: -- a marked decrease of serum lactate-deshydrogenase 1 and 2 isoenzymes, -- the absence of myocardial lactate-deshydrogenase isoenzymes, --the decreased affinity for substrate lactate of residual lactate-deshydrogenase in serum, -- the increased production of 2,3 diphosphoglycreate.

有时，冠状动脉造影正常的心绞痛可由几种酶紊乱来解释。具体如下：——血清乳酸脱氢酶1和2同工酶显著降低，——心肌乳酸脱氢酶同工酶缺失，——血清中残留乳酸脱氢酶对底物乳酸的亲和力降低，——2,3-二磷酸甘油酸生成增加。
