Complex clinico-laboratory study of digestion in 52 patients with chronic nitrotoluol (NT) intoxication showed that at the background of functional adrenocortical insufficiency luminal digestion as well as parietal digestion and absorption of lipids deteriorated. Hypocorticoidism being secondary in chronic NT intoxication and depending on hypothalamic dysfunction, intestinal maldigestion is related to disorders of central regulation.
对52例慢性硝基甲苯(NT)中毒患者消化功能进行的综合临床实验室研究表明,在功能性肾上腺皮质功能不全的背景下,管腔消化以及脂质的壁细胞消化和吸收均恶化。慢性NT中毒继发性肾上腺皮质功能减退取决于下丘脑功能障碍,肠道消化功能不良与中枢调节紊乱有关。
