Cholelithiasis is a frequent disease in infancy, more than what is generally thought. It is often associated with hemolytic disease, overnutrition, congenital abnormality of the biliary tree, systemic infection in newborns, prolonged total parenteral nutrition, sometimes without anyone known predisposing factor. Four patients with cholelithiasis are described, presenting various pathogenesis and clinical characteristics.
胆石症在婴儿期是一种常见疾病，比一般认为的更为常见。它常与溶血性疾病、营养过剩、胆道先天性异常、新生儿全身感染、长期全胃肠外营养相关，有时无任何已知的易感因素。本文描述了4例胆石症患者，呈现出不同的发病机制和临床特征。
