The paper reviews the use of complex intensive care in 24 patients with poisonous snake bites, aged 12 to 63 years. Complex intensive care comprised conservative and surgical methods of therapy, including extracorporeal detoxicating techniques (hemosorption and plasmapheresis). All the patients have been discharged on recovery. The given scheme of therapy should be adjusted in each individual case depending on the individual peculiarities and the course of the disease.
本文回顾了对24例年龄在12至63岁之间的毒蛇咬伤患者采用综合重症监护治疗的情况。综合重症监护包括保守治疗和手术治疗方法，其中有体外解毒技术（血液吸附和血浆置换）。所有患者均康复出院。应根据每个病例的个体特点和疾病进程对给定的治疗方案进行调整。
