Abstract
A case of non familial primary amyloidosis of the vitreous body with bilateral involvement was reported. Pars plana vitrectomy improved visual acuity in both eyes and allowed histological confirmation on light microscopy and ultrastructural examination.
摘要
报告了一例双侧受累的玻璃体非家族性原发性淀粉样变性病例。经平坦部玻璃体切除术，双眼视力均有改善，并得以在光镜和超微结构检查下进行组织学确诊。
