Perinatal separation of the pubic symphysis is very rare. According to various authors, an incidence of this complication is 1:1700 to 1:30,000 cases. We present a 30-year patient, a Rumanian gypsy (CVI, PVI) in whom pubic symphysis separation was diagnosed on the first day following delivery. A typical therapy, i.e. compression bandage with weights, was introduced. Prophylaxis consists mainly of avoiding excessive exercises and traumas during pregnancy and after delivery.
耻骨联合围产期分离非常罕见。根据不同作者的研究，这种并发症的发生率为1:1700至1:30000例。我们报告一名30岁的患者，一名罗马尼亚吉普赛人（CVI，PVI），在分娩后的第一天被诊断为耻骨联合分离。采用了一种典型的治疗方法，即使用重物压迫绷带。预防措施主要包括在孕期和产后避免过度运动和创伤。
