Abstract
We report a hyperalgic form of an osteoid osteoma of the capitatum, wich had evolved since 14 months. The diagnosis was done by roentgenography. Complete surgical excision of the lesion led to the cure.

我们报告一例头状骨骨样骨瘤的痛觉过敏型，病程已达14个月。诊断通过X线摄影完成。对病变进行完整手术切除后治愈。
