Abstract
The absorption and the ADP-induced platelet aggregation have been studied by the technique of light scattering. The results show, that the platelets have no specific absorption and that the aggregation test measures predominantly the diminution of free platelets. The determination of platelet kinetics and shape changes is not specific.

采用光散射技术研究了吸收情况以及二磷酸腺苷（ADP）诱导的血小板聚集。结果表明，血小板无特异性吸收，且聚集试验主要检测的是游离血小板数量的减少。血小板动力学和形态变化的测定并无特异性。
