Abstract
The usefulness of ds DNA antibody detection in the diagnosis of SLE in Indian population was evaluated. One hundred and fourteen sera were tested for antinuclear antibodies by indirect immunofluorescence and for ds DNA antibodies by ELISA. ELISA test has a specificity of 99% and a positive predictive value of 95% for the diagnosis of SLE.

评估了双链DNA抗体检测在印度人群系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）诊断中的实用性。通过间接免疫荧光法检测114份血清中的抗核抗体，并通过酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测双链DNA抗体。ELISA检测对SLE诊断的特异性为99%，阳性预测值为95%。
