Infiltration fluorescein test based on examination of the strength of tissue structures subject to dystrophy in cancer is suggested to improve the results of differential diagnosis of cancer and precancer. The diagnosis is made depending on the appearance or absence of fluorescein drops on a tumor surface in response to injection of fluorochrome dose into the tumor. A fluorescent stomatoscope is used to assess the test results. Clinical trials in 85 patients have demonstrated that the test parameters and methods of evaluation are essential to obtain correct results. A high diagnostic value of the test (9.6 +/- 3.3%) recommend it as a malignancy test during fluorescent cheilostomatoscopy.
