Hypothalamic, bulbar and spinal autonomic centres in 25 newborns with congenital heart defects were pathomorphologically investigated in the early neonatal period compared to 25 fetuses without abnormalities. There was a decreased mass of the brain and retardation of the development of autonomic centres. Metric parameters of the brain stem and spinal parts are unchanged, this indicates the relative independence of the forming of telencephalon. Dyscirculation and dystrophy in the autonomic centres were infrequently high, they predominate in the cranial regions and interrelated and are not followed by marked compensatory processes. The impairment of morphogenesis and damages of vegetative centres decrease adaptative possibilities and partially cause the fatal outcome in early neonatal periods in newborns with heart defects.
对25例先天性心脏病新生儿的下丘脑、延髓和脊髓自主神经中枢在新生儿早期进行了病理形态学研究,并与25例无异常的胎儿进行了比较。结果发现脑质量减少,自主神经中枢发育迟缓。脑干和脊髓部分的测量参数未改变,这表明端脑形成具有相对独立性。自主神经中枢的血液循环障碍和营养不良很少严重,主要发生在颅区,相互关联,且未伴有明显的代偿过程。形态发生受损和自主神经中枢损伤降低了适应能力,并部分导致有心脏缺陷的新生儿在新生儿早期出现致命结局。
