A case of lipomatous tumor of the liver in a patient with diffuse liver steatosis is presented. The fatty infiltration of the tumor produced X-ray attenuation clearly visible on CT. Histologic examination of the tumor mass revealed a non-encapsulated tumor composed of hepatocytes with lipid overload.
本文报告一例弥漫性肝脂肪变性患者的肝脏脂肪瘤病例。肿瘤的脂肪浸润在CT上产生明显可见的X线衰减。对肿瘤块进行组织学检查发现，肿瘤为非包膜性，由脂质过载的肝细胞组成。
