Abstract
Sporulation of an oxytetracycline-resistant mutant is blocked at 37 degrees C and delayed at 30 degrees C; shift up and shift down (30-37 degrees C) and assays of some extra- and intracellular enzymes show that an early event (stage II) is concerned.
