[Reconstruction of external ear with double-lobe skin flap].

The authors reconstructed the external ear and external auditory canal in fifty patients using double-lobe skin flap and three-point landmark method. After operation the new auricle is natural in appearance and correctly located. The hearing ability is increased in a part of patients. This article describes the method and main features of the operation.
