Abstract
Five children presented with masses on the dorsum of the tongue. Excisional biopsies were performed. Histologic examination showed the masses to be lipoblastomas, hamartomas and one heterotopic neuroglial tissue. A description of the clinical presentation and pathological nature of these lesions is presented.
