[Selective abdominal arteriography in the diagnosis of amebic liver abscess].

Abstract
Angiographic findings in 8 patients with final diagnosis of amebic hepatic abscess are presented. Avascular areas were found in 8 patients, arterial desplacement in 6, arterial stretching in 6, increased hepatic artery caliber in 2 and hypervascular periabscess zones in 3. Specificity of these findings is discussed.
摘要
本文呈现了8例最终诊断为阿米巴肝脓肿患者的血管造影结果。8例患者均发现有无血管区，6例有动脉移位，6例有动脉拉长，2例肝动脉管径增宽，3例脓肿周围有血管增多区。并对这些结果的特异性进行了讨论。
