Short- and long-term responses obtained after radical surgical reconstruction have been analyzed for 80 patients suffering from tuberculous arthritis and its aftereffects. Defects in the joints due to tuberculous foci removal were corrected by osteochondral autotransplants. Long-term outcomes (3-12-year follow-up) are available for 48 patients. Good and satisfactory results were reached in 91.7%, poor results were recorded in 8.3% of the patients. These were primarily due to tuberculosis progression and arthrosis deformans.
对80例患有结核性关节炎及其后遗症的患者进行了分析，以了解根治性手术重建后的短期和长期反应。因切除结核病灶导致的关节缺损通过自体骨软骨移植进行矫正。48例患者有长期结果（随访3 - 12年）。91.7%的患者取得了良好和满意的结果，8.3%的患者结果较差。这些主要是由于结核病进展和关节变形性关节炎。
