The leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava is a rare retroperitoneal tumor. In this article two more cases are reported and its clinical and diagnostic features including ultrasound, computed tomography and magnetic resonance tomography are described. Prevalence, localisation, complications, therapy and differential diagnosis are discussed based on the own cases and the current literature.
下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤是一种罕见的腹膜后肿瘤。本文报告另外两例病例，并描述其临床及诊断特征，包括超声、计算机断层扫描和磁共振断层扫描。基于自身病例及当前文献，对其发病率、定位、并发症、治疗及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
