Vicarious manifestations of 12 cases of urinary tract lymphomas (non-Hodgkin's and Hodgkin's) are presented to illustrate various urogenital problems in this group. Since the majority with urogenital involvement had an advanced disease, only palliative treatment was given in most of the cases. With the exception of testicular and primary renal lymphoma, ablative surgery is not indicated. Urological intervention was required to salvage renal function and at times to obtain tissue for histopathological diagnosis. Chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy was given as a preferred treatment according to individual needs following the judicious biopsy. A brief review of the literature is included.
本文报告了12例泌尿系统淋巴瘤（非霍奇金淋巴瘤和霍奇金淋巴瘤）的替代表现，以说明该组患者的各种泌尿生殖系统问题。由于大多数泌尿生殖系统受累患者病情已进展，大多数病例仅给予姑息治疗。除睾丸和原发性肾淋巴瘤外，不建议进行根治性手术。需要泌尿外科干预以挽救肾功能，有时还需要获取组织进行组织病理学诊断。在进行明智的活检后，根据个体需求给予化疗和/或放疗作为首选治疗。本文还包括对文献的简要综述。
