In a 66-year-old man, admitted to a nursing home in the summer for conservative treatment of wet gangrene of his foot, wound myiasis was diagnosed. Amputation below the knee was necessary. Flies laying eggs in necrotic wounds probably gained entrance to the patient's room through doors standing open.
一名66岁男性患者于夏季入住疗养院，接受足部湿性坏疽的保守治疗，被诊断为伤口蝇蛆病。需要进行膝下截肢。苍蝇在坏死伤口产卵，很可能是通过敞开的门进入了患者的房间。
