A Japanese case of bilateral extracranial internal carotid artery aneurysms is presented. The main symptom was transient cerebral ischemic attack (TIA) of the right side. An aneurysmectomy and autogenous saphenous venous interposition of the left internal carotid artery were performed. After the operation, the patient has not suffered from TIA.
本文介绍了一例日本双侧颅外颈内动脉瘤病例。主要症状为右侧短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)。对左侧颈内动脉进行了动脉瘤切除术和自体大隐静脉移植术。术后,患者未再发生TIA。
