[A case of a vascular form of pulmonary hypertension simulating Ayerza's disease].

In observation of a rare disease that developed in a young man of 24 there was a thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery branches from the profound veins of the shank with their subsequent recalibration. Thus there was in this case a vascular form of pulmonary hypertension simulating Ayerza's disease.
