Abstract
Kinetic properties of Rat brain choline acetyltransferase were studied. Chloride ions promoted the increase of the Km values for the two substrates. Vmax was increased sixty times when chloride ions concentration was elevated from 4.6 to 291 mM.
摘要
对大鼠脑胆碱乙酰转移酶的动力学特性进行了研究。氯离子促进了两种底物的米氏常数（Km值）增加。当氯离子浓度从4.6 mM升高到291 mM时，最大反应速度（Vmax）增加了60倍。
