Abstract
Although gout is known to cause destruction of bone by the deposition of tophaceous material, the documented cases of pathologic fractures due to gout are rare. We report the case of a pathologic fracture of the patella. Union of the fracture was seen at 3 months after surgery.

尽管已知痛风会因痛风石物质的沉积导致骨质破坏，但痛风所致病理性骨折的文献记载病例却很罕见。我们报告一例髌骨病理性骨折的病例。术后3个月可见骨折愈合。
