The effect of superior cervical sympathetic ganglionectomy on cochlear blood flow (CoBF) was observed in 21 guinea pigs. The CoBF was measured with Laser Doppler Flowmeter. The systemic blood pressure (BP) was simultaneously recorded. The elevation of BP as well as the increase in CoBF following ganglionectomy were not statistically significant; the change in CoBF was somewhat consistent with the variation of BP. The results imply that there is no significant effect of superior cervical sympathetic ganglionectomy on CoBF of guinea pigs.
在21只豚鼠身上观察了颈上神经节切除术对耳蜗血流量（CoBF）的影响。使用激光多普勒血流仪测量CoBF。同时记录全身血压（BP）。神经节切除术后血压升高以及CoBF增加均无统计学意义；CoBF的变化与BP的变化有些一致。结果表明，颈上神经节切除术对豚鼠的CoBF没有显著影响。
