Abstract

With the financial constraints currently imposed on the NHS, Return to Nursing (ENB 902) courses may offer a viable method of providing mature nurses who have already been trained to cash-starved hospitals. This article describes a study examining the experiences of students on a return to nursing course and offers some suggestions for improving the course.
