The clinical and pathologic findings of two cases of adenomyoepithelioma of the breast are reported. Aspiration cytology was performed in one case and was interpreted as malignant. Conversely, histological features revealed their typical architectural arrangement and immunohistochemical profiles confirmed that myoepithelial (actin and S-100 protein +) and epithelial (keratin and epithelial membrane antigen +) cells were active components in both tumours.
报告了两例乳腺腺肌上皮瘤的临床和病理表现。其中一例进行了细针穿刺细胞学检查，结果被解读为恶性。相反，组织学特征显示出其典型的结构排列，免疫组化结果证实肌上皮细胞（肌动蛋白和S-100蛋白阳性）和上皮细胞（角蛋白和上皮膜抗原阳性）是两种肿瘤的活性成分。
