16.57% of oil was oxidized by microorganisms in aerobic conditions in the Yarega deposit. As a result, the specific weight of oil increased and the content of methane hydrocarbons decreased twice. Chemical oxidation of mono-, bicyclic aromatic and mononaphthene hydrocarbons was also found in the control experiment without microorganisms.
在亚雷加矿床的好氧条件下,16.57%的石油被微生物氧化。结果,石油的比重增加,甲烷烃含量减少了一半。在没有微生物的对照实验中也发现了单环、双环芳烃和单环环烷烃的化学氧化。
