Abstract
The occurrence of eosinophilic granuloma in the mandibular condyle has been reported in only three cases. An additional case of eosinophilic granuloma of the mandibular condyle is reported. The lesion presented was treated with condylectomy and surgical curettage. There was no recurrence or soft tissue involvement on annual postoperative examination. Secondary reconstruction was planned but was not required.

下颌髁突嗜酸性肉芽肿的发生仅报道过3例。本文报道了另外1例下颌髁突嗜酸性肉芽肿。所呈现的病变采用髁突切除术和手术刮除术进行治疗。术后每年复查均未出现复发或软组织受累情况。虽计划进行二期重建，但并无此必要。
