Angiofibroma of tendon sheath (tenosynovial fibroma) of the foot.

The author describes a rare lesion along the lateral aspect of the foot that was diagnosed as angiofibroma. The lesion is benign, and affects males twice as often as females. Its clinical and histologic appearances are illustrated.
