Reserpine, when administered intraperitoneally in 0.25, 0.5 and 1 mg/kg doses, produced a decrease in the mean blood pressure and heart rate of the pentobarbitone anaesthetized rabbits. In these animals reserpine pretreatment produced supersensitivity to the hypotensive and positive chronotropic effects of isoprenaline.
利血平以0.25、0.5和1毫克/千克的剂量腹腔注射时，会使戊巴比妥麻醉的家兔平均血压和心率降低。在这些动物中，利血平预处理使其对异丙肾上腺素的降压和正性变时作用产生超敏反应。
