A case of a 28-year-old African HIV-1 positive patient is presented. After an abscess following an intragluteal injection in Africa the patient developed an enlargement of the inguinal lymph nodes. Mycobacterium chelonae was isolated from the enlarged lymph nodes.
报告一例28岁的非洲HIV-1阳性患者。该患者在非洲进行臀内注射后出现脓肿，随后腹股沟淋巴结肿大。从肿大的淋巴结中分离出龟分枝杆菌。
