We present 8 cases of microvascular reconstruction of the pharynx and cervical esophagus using 5 free ileal transfers and 3 radial forearm flaps. One of the skin flaps underwent a delay procedure a month before transfer. All flaps survived, though there were 2 salivary fistulas that healed spontaneously.
我们报告了8例采用5例游离回肠移植和3例桡侧前臂皮瓣进行咽和颈段食管微血管重建的病例。其中1例皮瓣在移植前1个月进行了延迟手术。所有皮瓣均存活，尽管有2例唾液瘘自行愈合。
