Clinical and immunological variants were assessed in 62 patients with toxic drug hepatitis due to tuberculostatic therapy. Three clinicoimmunological variants of toxic hepatitis were recognized. They need to be accounted for when deciding on immunocorrection.
对62例因抗结核治疗导致中毒性药物性肝炎的患者进行了临床和免疫学变异评估。识别出了中毒性肝炎的三种临床免疫学变异类型。在决定进行免疫纠正时需要考虑到这些因素。
