The results of surgical treatment of 384 patients with gastric ulcer disease within the follow-up period of 1 to 10 and more years have been analysed. Two hundred and fifty patients underwent gastric resection, 85--organ-preserving operation with vagotomy, 49--closure of a perforative ulcer. On the basis of data of clinico-functional investigations, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of surgical treatment used have been studied.
对384例胃溃疡病患者在1至10年及更长时间的随访期内的手术治疗结果进行了分析。250例患者接受了胃切除术，85例进行了保留器官的迷走神经切断术，49例进行了穿孔性溃疡闭合术。根据临床功能检查数据，研究了所采用手术治疗方法的优缺点。
