A new phenolic glycoside, tinosinen (1), was isolated from the fresh stems of Tinospora sinensis Merr. The structure was established on the basis of acid hydrolysis and spectral data (IR, NMR, mass) as (E)-1-(3-hydroxy-1-propenyl)-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl 4-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside.
从中华青牛胆新鲜茎中分离得到一种新的酚苷,青牛胆苷(1)。通过酸水解和光谱数据(红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、质谱)确定其结构为(E)-1-(3-羟基-1-丙烯基)-3,5-二甲氧基苯基4-O-β-D-芹菜呋喃糖基-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。
