The posterior scalping flap is described. Hopefully, it brings another alternate method of facial reconstruction and obviates some of the problems previously existing. It is capable of resurfacing any part or the whole of the hemiface or forehead. It offers an excellent method for facila resurfacing. Further refinements and sophistications are necessary.
